Simple Healthy Meals

Finding the time to prepare healthy meals can be difficult.  As a result, Chef Shane created MACRO to provide himself and his family with meals to enjoy throughout the week.  These meals are now available to you! While they are not intended to be the only solution to eating and living healthy, these meals can be an important step in the right direction.

How it works

The menu is Chef's choice and changes each week. The items consists of 1 light breakfast, 2 salads with protein, 1 beef entree, and 1 chicken entree.  Meals are available in a variety of monthly packages to suite your needs.  All items are gluten-free, packaged in microwave safe containers.  We can accommodate most other dietary preferences upon request.  

Pickups are on Mondays, 6:30-7:30p at Chef's Kitchen, 2640 Billingsley Rd.  Columbus OH.    If you are interested in delivery for an additional fee or have questions, please email Chefstablecolumbus@gmail.com to see if it is an option.

The MACRO Challenge

The MACRO challenge is a 30-day program meant to kick start or renew healthy habits.  It consists of:

4days/ week x 3 MACRO meals/day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) ~ 1,600 calories/day, 100g protein.  On your MACRO meal days:
•    No snacks
•    No sugar 
•    No alcohol

+ 3 days per week 30+ minutes of exercise

*Upon subscription, you will receive an accountability tracking sheet and additional resources for diet and exercise

Cobb with mixed greens, chicken, bacon onion, bleu cheese, roasted sweet potato, boiled egg, balsamic vinaigrette

Mediterranean Salad with mixed greens, chicken, kalamata olive, tomato, artichoke, onion, fetta, garlic vinaigrette 


Beet Salad with mixed greens, chicken, beet, bacon, onion, Boursin cheese, pumpkin seeds, balsamic reduction


Kale Salad with chopped kale, red cabbage, chicken, roasted sweet potato, onion, pumpkin seed, aged gouda, sherry vinaigrette


Buffalo Chicken Salad with mixed greens, chicken, carrot, onion, tomato, corn, cheddar cheese, buffalo ranch


Steak Salad with mixed greens, teres major tips, sweet potato, pickled red onion, corn, boiled egg, tarragon bleu cheese dressing

Chicken Teriyaki with chicken thigh, broccoli, carrot, peppers, and onion with jasmine rice

Asian Garlic Chicken with almond flour breaded chicken breast, garlic green beans, ginger cauliflower rice, and sweet garlic sauce

Pad Thai with chicken breast, rice noodle, zoodle, carrot, lime pickled bean sprouts, sesame seed, sweet and sour sauce, cilantro oil

 

Coconut Curried Chicken with chicken breast, spicy coconut curry sauce, sweet potato-squash hash, jasmine rice


Chipotle Chicken breast with peppers and onion, zucchini, yellow squash, jasmine rice, dried pepper salsa, creamy avocado-lime sauce 


Garlic Parm Chicken with chicken breast, sweet potato, zucchini, squash, onion, garlic parmesan sauce


Spaghetti Squash Primavera with chicken breast, peppers, onion, carrot, and peas, parmesan, warm garlic vinaigrette
